Welcome to PDB Fun Centers LLC dba PDB Publishing/Marketing! By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Services Offered
We provide ghostwriting, formatting, publishing assistance, design, and consulting services. Specific deliverables and timelines will be agreed upon per project and outlined in individual contracts or invoices.

2. Payment Terms
All services require upfront payment unless otherwise agreed. Project start dates are scheduled only after payment is received. Additional charges may apply for revisions outside the agreed scope.

3. Intellectual Property
You retain full rights to any original content you provide. Upon full payment, rights to completed works transfer to the client unless stated otherwise. We may retain excerpts for portfolio purposes unless you opt out in writing.

4. Revisions and Edits
Most packages include a set number of revisions. Additional edits will incur extra charges at our standard hourly rate. We do not guarantee acceptance by any publishing platform.

5. Refunds and Cancellations
Due to the customized nature of our work, refunds are not typically offered once work begins. Cancellations must be made in writing, and any work completed to date will be billed accordingly.

6. Confidentiality
All client information and project details are confidential. We do not share or sell your information to third parties.

7. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. We provide services as agreed but do not guarantee commercial success of published works.

8. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of the current terms.

Return and Refund Policy

At PDB Publishing/Marketing, we take pride in delivering high-quality, custom services tailored to each client. Due to the personalized nature of our work, we do not offer returns or refunds once services have begun or deliverables have been provided.

However, we do make exceptions in the following cases:

Duplicate Charges – If you've been mistakenly charged more than once for the same service, we’ll issue a prompt refund.
Project Cancellation Before Start – If a project is canceled before any work begins, we will provide a full refund. We do require at least a 24 hour notice prior to the scheduled project date, if less than 24 hours notice is given a 10% of the total invoice or $25.00 charge, whichever amount is greater, may be charged.
Service Not Delivered – If we fail to deliver the service as agreed and no resolution can be reached, you may be eligible for a partial or full refund at our discretion.

Agreement to Terms & Arbitration Clause

By purchasing our services, you agree to our Return & Refund Policy and Terms & Conditions. In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to make a good faith effort to resolve the issue through informal negotiation or arbitration prior to pursuing any formal legal action.

Arbitration will be conducted in the state of Washington, under the rules of a mutually agreed-upon arbitrator. Each party shall bear its own costs unless otherwise determined by the arbitrator.
